Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. The English Burton Cottage

Unique historic 1880's farmhouse, on Lake Seneca. Get away from it all and spend a week or two in the heart of wine country at this beautiful cottage! Wake up to birds singing and watch the sun set across the lake from the front porch or living room in the evenings. The cottage is located at Valois Point 12 miles from Watkins Glen, 20 miles from Ithaca and 25 miles south of Geneva on the east side of Lake Seneca. Please note, our rates are based on the number of people in your party.

Steps with resting spots lead down to the beach, where you can soak in the view or slip into the water. (Water shoes recommended for shoreline comfort.)

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
