Old town house in a class of its own

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Eine schön und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen von Stein. Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 4 -6 Schlafplätze und 2 Badezimmer mit WC, 1 großen Balkon und einem großzügigen Wohn-und Essbereich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Gerne kann ein Zusatzbett bzw. Babybett gestellt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Stein in einem mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten Haus. Wir freuen uns auf unsere Gäste und sind für Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit offen.

Every generation feels at home here: Three bedrooms with comfortable king-size box spring beds, plus an additional single bed and a travel bed for the little ones. Cook, laugh and eat together in the fully equipped kitchen, movie nights or game fun in the living room with a large 85" TV and Street Fighter retro arcade. Outside, the terrace, garden and barbecue are perfect for relaxed family moments. Just arrive & enjoy!

Quiet holiday apartment with garden

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Diese individuelle Ferienwohnung ist eine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang eines Architektenhauses im Bauhausstil. Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

You live in this stylish apartment in a central location (Nuremberg, St. Sebald). The apartment has its own bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is certainly the terrace with a view of the inner courtyard. Location You are in the middle of the old town and yet in a quiet side street. The apartment is easy to reach by car and public transport. In a few minutes you are directly at the main market and all the important sights.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

Das Tinyhaus mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel ist auf unserem historischen Hof vor den Toren Nürnbergs. Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit 2er Induktionfeld, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Trobolo Trenntoilette (genial, keine Geruchsbelästigung). Das Doppelbett 160 x 200 cm ist über eine Leiter erreichbar und das gemütliche Sofa mit Kamin runden den Wohnraum ab. Nur Outdoor Spüli/Shampoo erlaubt. Kamin und Feuerstelle nach Absprache.

The quiet, bright, newly renovated 3-room apartment (80 square meters) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet is located in the idyllic village of Loch. Nearby there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the leisure pool "Kristall Palm Beach" 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach 30 minutes to downtown Nuremberg or to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.
