Wir waren aufgrund eines Messebesuchs in München und suchten daher einen Unterkunft mit der wir einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln pendeln konnten. Wir waren zu viert und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder auswählen.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Such a beautiful home! We had our family reunion here and everything was so perfect. The home was clean and spotless. It had everything that we needed. It had beautiful furniture and decor , and felt very spacious! There was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heated floors for the cold weather. Our kids loved the fenced in front and backyard and spent a lot of time playing outdoors. It was very safe. It was a nice and quiet area, but had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores , and the train station within walking distance. Sabine was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back again the next time we go to Germany. Thank you for the hospitality!

Super schönes Haus! sehr kreativ eingerichtet, alles ist sehr gut ausgestattet! sauber, angenehm, sehr schöne Aussicht! auch sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Ich werde an jedem empfehlen. gerne wieder kommen. Emel ist sehr nett. immer erreichbar!

Wir haben mit der Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in der tollen Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch vom Außenbereich bis zur Einrichtung und es ist ruhig gelegen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von Alex und seiner Mutter wurden wir herzlich empfangen und wir konnten uns auch jederzeit an sie wenden. Das Haus liegt nah am Ammersee, den wir gut zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir können mindestens 5 Sterne geben und wünschen den weiteren Gästen auch eine so schöne Zeit in der Villa Matilda und gute Erholung. Herzlichen Dank an Angela, Alex und seine Mutter!

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft! Ich bin erfahrener Airbnb-Gastgeber und auch -Gast und habe mich in der Unterkunft von Walburgis sofort wohl und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Alles was man so braucht und auch nur vielleicht braucht ist vorhanden. Der herzliche Empfang und die ebenso herzliche Verabschiedung haben mir immer das Gefühl gegeben da wo ich bin genau richtig zu sein. :) Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out war alles perfekt! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. The parking space, kitchen, sofa, shower facilities, washing machine, and dryer made everything very convenient. The location is ideal for visiting attractions around Munich. The host gave us kind and clear instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated the capsule coffee they provided separately and the recommendation for a nice walking trail nearby. Highly recommended to other guests!

Ich hatte die Wohnung für meine Eltern gebucht, die sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Durch die Lage im Hinterhof ist die Wohnung ruhig, obwohl sie in lebendiger Umgebung liegt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war sehr angenehm, auf alle meine Fragen wurde zügig reagiert.

Matthias was a great host! The place was clean and easy to find. It was close by car to everything we needed. If you have a car, parking can be difficult at times, but the location was so quiet and peaceful it made up for the small walk. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit Munich.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, uns hat insbesondere die Lage am Flaucher sehr gefallen :) Trotzdem ist man mit dem Bus auch schnell in der Innenstadt. In der Wohnung sind insbesondere der Balkon sehr schön und eine gute Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine etc.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der modernen, sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Toll waren auch die Nespresso- Maschine und der direkte Blick ins Grüne, so dass der Wohnraum schön hell war. Es gibt einen Zaun um den schicken Balkon, so dass sich auch unser Hund draußen wohl und sicher fühlen konnte. Auch als kleine Familie mit Hund eine Wohlfühl-Oase, danke euch!

Previous reviews do not adequately capture the excellence of this establishment. It is truly remarkable. Several notable aspects not mentioned in other reviews include: 1. The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Ev tam ilanda bahsedildiği gibi. Sakin ve temiz muhitte yer alıyor oldukça sessiz bir çevresi var. Evin balkonundan olağanüstü bir yeşillik manzarası var. Kuşların sesi eşliğinde balkonda kahve ile güne başlamak inanılmaz. Almanya havası soğuk ve sert sadece :)

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in Fürstenfeldbruck in der Wohnung von Verena, in welcher wir uns schnell Wohlgefühlt hatten. Für uns war die Lage ideal, nachdem wir auf Besuch in FFB waren und wir eigene Räumlichkeiten als Familie haben wollten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Gut gefallen hat uns neben der gemütlichen Couch auch das Bad. Die Kommunikation war top und Verena war auch pro aktiv und hat selbst extra Fotos gemacht, um uns etwas zu erklären (ohne das wir nach extra Fotos gefragt hatten) - das war super!

We had a great stay! The location allowed for a family with adolescents some private space and a great location 😊 We would recommend!
