I always travel for work in the area, so the apartment was ideal for me. Instructions in advance were very helpful. The flexible check-in is ideal for me. There is an Italian restaurant in the house next door. Perfect if you don't feel like cooking yourself. Would recommend the apartment and come back again.

I spent three months during a further education at this property and was completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and superbly equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Hans was always easily accessible, helpful and friendly. The location was ideal – walking distance to the training facility and supermarkets/restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back anytime in case I find myself in this corner again.

I spent 10 days at the apartment and would highly recommend. It's clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable. In particular, the quiet area and the adjacent forest are also beautiful.

Steffen was an excellent host who provided lots of tips about the local area and answered questions thoroughly. The house was a delight to stay in, with great views and a large open lounge to play board games. Big fan of the roller shutters as they made keeping the lounge at the perfect temperature. The beds were comfy though the pillows could be comfier.

The apartment was perfect for spending a weekend there with a large group. The amenities were great and in general it was very clean. The beautiful old town of Dinkelsbühl is also within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We stayed with Manuel for a Legoland weekend with the kids. The apartment was super clean and quiet. Manuel explained everything to us. On Easter Sunday there was chocolate for the children, we found mega cute and the kids first...Great host!

Excellent location at Marienplatz. It is right next to a great bar (Bruno's), in addition to the REWE's around the platz. Downtown is a short walk away, and for further locations such as the Porsche Museum, you can hop on the S-Bahn and be there within 20 minutes. I would say overall a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Stuttgart.

Very good location right on a park, very good shopping, 15 min to the educational campus, everything you need, very uncomplicated.
