Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

It offers comfortable amenities and is surrounded by picturesque scenery. We also have some cute guinea pigs and happy chickens living outside, which you can enjoy. The apartment has a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Relax in my cozy tiny house and enjoy a few quiet days in the Rhön. The tiny house has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining, living and sleeping area (to climb via a ladder). From the tiny house and on the terrace in front of it, you have a wonderful view of nature. There is another tiny house and two holiday apartments on our property.

The hotel facilities with restaurant, bar, conservatory, casino can be used for a fee. The use of the spa area with indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas and gym is included in the price of the apartment.
