Vacation rentals with a firepit in Schwaz District

Very spacious apartment, good workmanship and well-supplied. Beautiful terrace and view of the valley. Ideal for spending a couple of days relaxing. You have to move around in the car because it's a little far from shops and towns.

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

The house was so cozy with the most beautiful surroundings. Natalie has stocked the kitchen with everything you could possible need. The beds are comfortable and the house was warm even with the outside being very cold. We hope to come back. Very easy to get to Innsbruck.

Anja‘s place was a lovely haven for our family to spend our winter holiday. The place was spotless, we had snow galore, made use of the toboggans, went skiing nearby, grilled marshmallows over a fire and spent cozy evenings inside. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable time from all of us!

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We felt completely comfortable! Unfortunately, it was very rainy during our stay, but all the more we appreciated this great place. Everyone had their retreat and the dining kitchen and living room invited you to cook and play together.

Had a great stay at this semi basement apartment which was also well situated for the train station for a day trip to Munich. The property itself was very clean and comfortable with everything one would need provided. The communication and ease of access to the property were also excellent. Overall, the property served me well for this stay.

We enjoyed Lucian's accommodation very much. We felt very comfortable right from the start with a magnificent view of the mountains. The apartment is cozy and modernly furnished. We loved the large covered table in front of the house overlooking the mountains. Lucian also gives outdoor courses and we had fun on the SUP at the lake.

Everything is great! Cäcilia is a great hostess, open and friendly. Responds quickly and reliably and is helpful and flexible. The apartment is very nice and spacious and we felt completely comfortable. A great place :) I'm sure we'll be back.

First, there was a personal and nice welcome by the landlords. The "apartment" is, in terms of size, rather an apartment, very new and nicely decorated, cozy. Everything you need is available(especially in the kitchen area), we didn't miss anything. Although the apartment is located directly at the landlord's house, we never saw the landlords. Privacy is guaranteed. However, requests will be responded to immediately. The place is definitely recommended by us. 5/5 stars

I had a fantastic stay at Matthias’s place! Everything was excellent – from the warm welcome to the spotless cleanliness of the property. The space was well-equipped, cozy, and exactly as described. Matthias was a wonderful host, always responsive and attentive to any questions I had. The location was perfect, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Martin's apartment is comfortable and close to the lake, the hot springs and beautiful trails perfect for hiking in the countryside. Martin is super kind and always ready to give advice and suggestions to better experience the stay.

The place was beautiful. The quiet location made us completely forget everyday life. There are beautiful hiking or circular trails all around. Alpbach itself is also beautiful and therefore always worth a trip.

A really special place. Those who love seclusion, hiking and nature will definitely get their money's worth here. Very friendly and helpful owners. We will be happy to come back!

We had wonderful days for 5 (children 10,6,2) in the alpine hut of Stefanie. Very cozy and quaint. Upstairs we slept fantastically, always cooked delicious things above the wood fire downstairs (2 E plates are available but were not necessary) and outside was played, built, sunbathing and of course hiking (beautiful Tux mountains in front of the door). The contact with Stefanie was excellent. We always got answers and information right away. Great. Thank you for this extraordinary experience.

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! Super nice and new accommodation, the location on the mountain and the views are fantastic. The place was extremely clean. There is even the possibility to wash laundry and play billiards in the playroom. All in all, a top place to stay. Birgit is extremely friendly, accommodating and gave us helpful tips for skiing! We would come back any time!

We really enjoyed the break at the Edelweißhütte. You are private there, because you can't even get there directly by car. It then goes quite steeply up a mountain to the cabin on foot, but the path is not too long. The cabin is very lovingly decorated, with lots of details that the host has often made himself. You can tell that he cares about making his guests feel comfortable. It should be added that there are no outlets, just a USB port to charge cell phones. The bathroom is very cold and so is the water from the sink. However, you will be rewarded by the beautiful view. You can perfectly disconnect from a stressful everyday life. Communication with the host was very kind. We were guided by him directly from the parking to the cabin.
