The 3.70-metre-high rooms are decorated with stucco, and the spacious bedroom has two beds (each 125 × 220 cm), while the smaller bedroom has a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a work area with a desk. Cozy gatherings can be held in the living room or the spacious kitchen-living room. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.

This special property is located in a listed villa in the row at the Pfaffenteich directly in the center of Schwerin. Attractions, shopping and several lakes are close by and within walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished in June 2023 and offers 2 bedrooms and a stylishly furnished living room with lake view. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.

The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
