Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. In Kowary, there are also many places worth visiting, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Lower Silesia Monuments Miniature Park, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Oxygen base HOUSE 2 - deep breath in the heart of the Giant Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

House for up to 14 people with a large garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking. The entire area is fenced. The ground floor of the house is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. We offer 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofas. We can prepare a cot with a mattress and bedding for a child. We also accept a maximum of two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

The vast area of the forest park with old apple trees and the comfortable equipment of the house with a sauna, fireplace, billiards and jacuzzi will allow you to relax and unwind away from the crowds. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Rabbit Apartment

A comfortable apartment for four people, with one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to a terrace overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains. Comfortable parking. In the area belonging to the apartments, in the common area, there is one barbecue area and a fenced fireplace/bonfire.
