The host is very welcoming and hospitable. The location is very close to the race track (Circuito Internazionale d'Abruzzo, 3 minutes) and beautiful Ortona.

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

This is the second year we are staying in this facility. Like the previous time, everything went perfectly. Paola is very kind and available to accommodate every request as far as possible. The property is ideal for large groups of people, it allows you to have a common area where you can share lunches, dinners and various moments of the day and private areas for the night.

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

It was a wonderful home within walking distance of the beautiful town and 25 minutes to snow.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

We stayed at Villa Aurora in August, we were six adults and five children from zero to seven years old and we all had a great time! The house is cared for in every detail both inside and out, one of the rare cases where the reality is even better than the photos! Stefano and his family were very kind and attentive to our every need. They gave us great tips on what to visit and where to eat, in the morning they also brought us the fresh figs from their tree! The house is so beautiful and cool that between Ping pong, foosball and pool you could never go out, but around the house there are all the amenities. The overflow coast and the historic center of Vasto are less than a 10-minute drive away. We had a great time and hope to be back as soon as possible!

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

We (four adults and two children) enjoyed staying with Paul and May very much. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts - exactly as described and seen in the photos.

The place was perfect and we are very happy to highly recommend it. A beautiful setting overlooking fabulous mountain views - all amazing to enjoy from the excellent private pool. Wonderful stay in a very quiet area of vastness. Access to many restaurants and lots of activities within a twenty-minute drive. Matteo is very helpful and not at all intrusive. The entire set of accommodations is very nice and clean. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. We will definitely be back

Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view.
