Claudio is a friendly, kind and pleasant host. Always answers inquiries quickly, courteously and with a lot of good will to help. The house itself is lovely. Very comfortable and clean. Comfortable mattresses. The environment is beautiful and quiet and there are hiking trails nearby. There is a well-stocked minimarket 200 meters away. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and would love to return in the future. Thank you Claudio for a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is perfect - it has everything you need and the view from the balcony is truly stunning! The living-room, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen were spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a 2 week-stay. The location in Verbania couldn't have been any better. Just a few minutes walk to the next swimming spot by the lake. About 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the nearest supermarket. Central, yet far enough away from the busy spots :) Anna and her cousin were very kind and thoughtful - we stayed in touch before arriving and throughout the stay as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

We had a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful house & garden. Everyone enjoyed, 3-66 old! You really notice the house has been long in the family and is still used by them, well kept with everything you might need. Friendly communication and good tips as well!

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Very nice spacious house with two well oriented terraces, an enclosed lot with gate and possibility to park a vehicle. Ideal for large families (dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher). Sonia is very welcoming and responded very quickly to the various messages we were able to send her during the stay. The only negative point is the access to Stresa (winding road and not very wide) and parking difficulties on certain days.

Such a marvellous house - we fell in love with its character and charm. So lovely to have all that space and the view from the terrace is stunning. Everything you need is just there, including excellent local bread and cheese a short walk away. The host was welcoming and just let us enjoy ourselves. We will be back!

Our family of four stayed here for two days, the house was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom had plenty of clean hot water, the house was beautiful both indoors and outdoors, it was only a pity that our vacation was over and we had to leave.Paolo warmly hosted us and hope to come back again the opportunity.

Everything wonderful, we wanted to experience peace and nature with our 2 small dogs, (nature reserve along the Toce at your doorstep). Tourism such as Stresa, Ascona, etc. a few km away. House very nice and in an ideal location to fulfill every vacation dream. The spaciousness of the house invites you to relax for 1 day without action. Lake Mezzola, very close and very nice, also Lake Orta not far. Hiking, walking, cycling, climbing or drinking caffe at Lake Maggiore, everything is possible, vacation cannot be more beautiful. We will be happy to come back. Then 3 weeks, 2 were not enough. Thank you Silvia for renting us your beautiful house with the beautiful garden.

Great place for group of 7 (four adults and three kids). Backyard was great for the kids. Grocery store right around the corner. Neighborhood is close enough to St Marks Square to be convenient but also feels away from the crowds

We had a lovely time in this villa. It's a great location for a bigger group of people and the house is very beautiful! If you want to take a dip in the lake, you have to walk at about 15 minutes downhill.

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

It was a wonderful time at the great lakeside villa. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms and cozy corners for conversation. The children enjoyed the large garden extensively. Everything worked out great. Only the late check-in time we do not find the price and we have cleaned kitchen utensils again before use. Otherwise, happy to come back. Thank you.

Beautiful view of the lake - even prettier than the pictures. You will need a car to get to & from the home - the road to the home is narrow and up a steep hill. The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms - the living area was comfortable but would be warm during summer months. We would happily stay there again.

great location, magnificent views over Lago Maggiore, the pool is excellent, you can stay an entire day at the Villa and do nothing. the kitchen is a bit basic for cooking and inside is a bit less elegant. Also there was some dust under the bed and wardrobes. The main disadvantage is there are no blinds or shutters in any of the bedrooms and in summer it gets hot during the day and bright at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Stayed for the May 1st bridge with friends, in total 9 people. Location located in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery near the departure of the ferries to Stresa (about 15 min. by car). Perfect house with all the comforts and much more. Impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms, kitchen with everything you need for breakfast, lunch or to spend a dinner with friends feeling at home in a very spacious living room. Large garage for parking 2 cars. Wide outdoor dehors with swimming pool. Ristorante-pizzeria 5 min walk from the house. If you have to go back there for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

House is high up. Up the streets are very curvy and narrow. But if you can enjoy the view, you are speechless. House is pure luxury. It was a very nice experience and we would be happy to come back.

We stayed with Nicole and Gabriele for a bachelorette party. I'd say super experience! They were very nice and we immediately got in touch, we had dinner and lunch together and felt at home. A home with a history, a lived-in, and a soul. Thank you so much
