Just a short 5-minute walk to the heart of Old Town where you'll want to explore some of the best restaurants, museums, bars and shopping. Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by. Easy to get around by walking, bike rentals, electric scooters, golf carts or take the FREE Trolley that runs every 10 minutes throughout Old Town. We are excited to share our condo with you! A colorful, ranch-style home offers comfort and relaxation before and after exploring nearby Phoenix and Arizona's surrounding wonders. The charming space is stocked with playful decor and amenities, including a tranquil pool in a sun-filled backyard. The pool is not heated. Also, please note that this is a NO SMOKING Home. There will be a $500 cleaning charge if it is determined a guest has smoked or vaped in this home. Single story home with three comfortably decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds. Amenities: Full kitchen: Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, gas stove and oven, toaster, microwave, full refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, set of pans, utensils, flatware, 8 place settings, washing machine and dryer, 50" TV that can be mirrored from your phone or tablet, iron and ironing board. Three Google Home devices throughout the home give the time, provide music, answer your questions, tell jokes, and can be used as an alarm. High speed internet. Outdoors: huge back yard, fenced diving pool, fireplace, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, space for kids to play including playhouse, synthetic grass area. A carport and other parking area is available. The home has two security cameras: front door, and one in the side rear. Full access to the home and amenities. There are some areas used to stock supplies. Please use only what you need for your stay. You will be provided with access code as your stay gets near. Host is available for questions and help. Once inside, say "Hey Google" to one our Google Assistant and ask your question :) Situated in a cul-de-sac with easy access to the heart of Phoenix. Only 15 minutes from downtown, with many options for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. For day trips, don't forget to see the Grand Canyon National Park and Sedona. Bus stops within .5 miles. Several freeways nearby: AZ-51, Interstate-10 and the AZ-202 Loop are all within 2 miles. Sky Harbor airport about 5 miles. Uber and Lift drivers are plentiful.
