Michelle was an amazing host! It was my first time traveling to Arizona and I was looking for the best spot for a midpoint between Scottsdale and Phoenix. Michelle was very responsive and communicated well. She checked on me when I arrived and during my stay. I appreciated that a lot, and hope other hosts do that as well. I definitely plan to visit again and Michelle is my first choice.

Staying here turned a quick trip to see family into an actual vacation. These units are part of a resort community and the friendly, relaxed vibe is wonderful. If you arrive after dark, turn on Pinnacle Vista Dr and you'll see a slatted pergola leading to the registration building. Our unit was up one flight of stairs on the second floor and had a huge Jacuzzi tub. Unit size/functionality and resort amenities totally surpassed my expectations. I liked the clean/uncluttered resort aesthetic, rather than having to move tchotchkes to make space to drop your purse or put your phone on the bedside table. I don't know if the actual unit changes based on availability or if it is always the same one, but Kenneth is responsive and accessible if you have any questions. Main pool and adults-only pool areas both have food/drinks and restrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - this will definitely be our first choice when we stay in Peoria again.

Great stay - within walking distance to various restaurants and the Phoenix convention center. WiFi worked well. Check in was easy!

A brand new apartment building in downtown Phoenix, with lots of restaurants close by and only a short 10 min walk to the Convention Center. We didn't use any of the building facilities since our focus was a convention, but the apartment itself was well equipped, very clean, with modern furnishing, and floor to ceiling windows with a great view. The instructions for the fully contactless entry by using an app, and access to the apartment with a lockbox, seem a little overwhelming at first, but everything worked as designed.

I keep using the same group to rebook! They are very mindful and aware of guests.

Cody was a great host. The location is perfect in Oldtown. Everything was within walking distance. The only recommendation to future guests is to ask for more washclothes and towels if you are staying more than 1 night. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean items but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our 4 night stay so we did laundry twice. Excellent experience overall!! Highly recommend.
