Monthly Rentals in Seagrove Beach

We had a great stay here! The location of the house is perfect and is just a quick walk or bike to the beach and town. Allison did a great job communicating with us during the entirety of our stay. The only thing that was less than ideal was that we did not realize the RV space was on the same lot as the cottage, as well as the pool that is being constructed. So this just left a little less privacy as you only have the cottage and often there were people out and about in the "back-yard". This was a small thing (that we did not realize prior) and Allison was super helpful with communicating when there would be construction. The cottage is adorable and super well done which we loved. The hosts are super kind and we would definitely come back!

I stayed a week and wanted to stay another week. It had everything I needed for a week of remote working. It's a nice neighborhood to walk the dog, although it's a bummer that dogs aren't allowed on the beach. The shared spaces (pool and hot tub) were clean and added a nice touch. The condo was well equipped with everything needed to cook meals, but close enough to dining options.

Well worth the money spent for a relaxing vacation! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive.

Connie introduced herself to us and she was super friendly. She has a separate building onsite. She also was kind enough to send items back that were left behind!! Great host!
