The location was easy to find and the beach access was great! It was better than expected and very cute!! Perfect spot for a vacation or peaceful getaway!

We had a last minute booking. The place is big enough for a family with kids or multiple friends. We stayed with a toddler and the place was safe for him indoor and the location is safe. I bet there is plenty to do during summer and this would be a greta place for that. Only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to tune up the heater; it was too hot for the Master bedroom, okay for the living room and kitchen but cold for the other two rooms. However Each room has AC window unit so it should be fine in summer.

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Ryan's place was great. Ryan was super responsive and I was recommend his place to anyone that would want to rent in Seaside Heights for the week or weekend! We would 100% rent again from Ryan!

Robin deserves her "Super Host" moniker. She has a great space in an amazing location and thinks of the little things to make it that much better. I'm just worried too many people will find her Big Blue Beach duplex and I won't be able to rent it again.😥. Communication was always friendly, helpful and proactive. The apartment was perfect for our family get away. I loved that it was in the quiet part of Point Pleasant Beach. Walkable to so many things and a very short drive to anything else you could need. The beach wagon with umbrella and chairs was a great add on for us. Of course, the included beach passes were a must, but having beach towels too was terrific.

Very clean, accommodating, and will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ron's home! His home is just lovely, and so comfortable. We loved the balconies off of every level and there was so much room for us all to hang out with each other! We so appreciated that the home was so dog friendly. Ron responded right away with any questions that we had and was so friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back for sure!

Bobs place was amazing, so close to the beach. 10 second walk and right by food places ect. Super clean, and a friendly family. We had a great time. A good amount of space for 2 people, bigger than expected. The only slight cons were having to find street parking, and that you could hear alot from the level upstairs. Everything else was great though- would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very pleasant spot, loved the vibe of the back yard and the house was clean. Location was great, only 3 blocks from the beach! it suited our family of four perfectly for the weekend. Would definitely stay again

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. I like that it's private and fenced in since I had 2 small kids with me. very clean and had stuff I forgot to bring so everything was perfect.

Perfect location - can see the ocean from the porch! Playground was so close for my toddler and easy for us to get to a wedding venue as well.

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly welcoming. Whether you're looking to enjoy beach activities or explore the vibrant boardwalk scene, this place is perfectly situated for both. Highly recommend for a memorable seaside getaway!

We had a great stay! The location was amazing and very convenient to everything, and we loved sitting out on the porch. The place was simple and all that we needed for a Labor Day weekend escape. Nadia made checking in and out very easy.

What a perfect place for our weekend stay. Michael was incredibly accommodating. Extremely clean and beautiful. My kids absolutely loved the arcade room and the hot tub! One of the best parts was the location. A quick walk right to the beach and boardwalk. I hope I get the chance to stay at Michael’s place again in the future, being we visit the shore many many times a year!

The house was exactly as pictured — cozy, creative, and full of personality! The decor was super cute, and we especially loved discovering the funny backstory about the pig room — such a unique touch. The space was overall comfortable and made for a great weekend stay. That said, we were a little disappointed with the outdoor areas. The front patio, balcony, and backyard seating area could’ve used a good cleaning, especially since they’re meant for relaxing outside. Also, the twin beds could definitely use an upgrade — not the most comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise, a fun and memorable spot!
