Vacation rentals with a patio in Seaside Heights

Michael was a great host. I asked if my check-in time could be earlier than 4pm; and Michael accommodated my request without any trouble. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed to get through the stay. Oh, and the shower is worth the price of admission by itself. I will definitely be staying here again. My family had a great weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ron's home! His home is just lovely, and so comfortable. We loved the balconies off of every level and there was so much room for us all to hang out with each other! We so appreciated that the home was so dog friendly. Ron responded right away with any questions that we had and was so friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back for sure!

This was all we needed for two days at the beach. It was just right. Just cross the street and we were on the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was great! We walked everywhere. A very cozy home. I recommend it highly!

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

Awesome location.. Condo was so clean and organized. Had everything we needed. Konrad was very kind and accommodating. Location is perfect. Close to beach and bay. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Amy’s place was perfect for a relaxing guys weekend. Amy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. The location is great, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, some excellent food choices and Heavy Reel brewery has some of the best beers ever! Off street parking is a huge plus and a nearby grocery store has anything you could need. Being the off season it was very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend Amy’s place for the convenient location, and friendly and helpful host.

This house was everything we expected and more. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. It was easy to walk to the beach and the local Acme, which was very convenient! John was a great host and very responsive. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Isaac's house. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly functional, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Isaac was an amazing host—always responsive and attentive to our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

Little slice of heaven down the shore. Rosanna was an amazing host. Always responsive and reached out to make sure everything was going well. Her house was absolutely perfect and truly made us feel like home. She thought of everything one could need when going on a trip. You can tell how much this home is loved. Home away from home. Spotless. Huge kitchen. Michelle has everything ready for you. From coffee to clean towels. The beach is a block away and house is pet safe. House has every amenity. There are entertainment across the street for all ages. She accommodated us from an early check in to late check out. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had a great stay at Michele’s place. Her home was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was absolutely amazing and just a short walk to the beach! A perfect way to end our summer

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

The rental was very clean and nice. Walking distance to everything and our host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Megan and Todd’s place, and we are so happy to have found a peaceful, beautiful, conveniently located home base for our yearly shore getaway. It’s in an unbeatable location, convenient to the beach, boardwalk, and Island Beach State Park, and Megan is a perfect host. We hope to be back again next year!
