Loved our time in the loft. Beautiful place with an amazing view, clean and nicely arranged. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of clear instructions and tips before we got there. Fantastic stay. Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Could tell a lot of time and thought had gone into ensuring you had everything you needed and loads of really helpful information. Jamie and Tara were wonderful hosts; just next door if you needed but gave you lots of privacy too. Very responsive and flexible with check in time which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a mini break in East Yardley House and we have had an amazing time. Our host gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and it was exactly as described. There was everything that we needed to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including a greatly appreciated welcome pack. The property itself is in one of the best locations that we have stayed in in Cornwall. Being situated right on the beach front and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, it was perfect for us and our little dog who loved it! Thank you to Mark and the team for preparing the property for us and thank you to Srt for letting out your lovely house, we’ve had a great time and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Second time we have stayed here and was even better than last time. Greeted with freshly baked goods which is a lovely touch. The place is fabulous with amazing views. Its very comfortable with everything you need. I think it says it all that we came back and will continue to do so. Thanks Judith for a lovely stay.
