Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Our house is a beautiful city villa close to the water and nature - all for you alone. The 180 sqm spacious 6-room city villa is built by us for you/us and furnished to a high standard. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet and a walk-in shower; the master bathroom also has a bathtub), a garden and terrace, an eat-in kitchen with a cooking island and a fireplace, a TV, and a washer/dryer. It is close to the water and surrounded by lots of nature. Minimum: 2 nights. No JGA/party

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

The bakery and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away, Lake Zeuthen with its beach is approx. 7 minutes away. BER airport approx. 15 minutes by car, S-Bahn within walking distance.
