The apartment, consisting of an anteroom, bathroom and living room (kitchen, dining area, sofa, double bed, wardrobe, TV), was completely renovated in 2018. NOTE: - The apartment is on the 3rd floor & there is no elevator! - The underground parking space is quite narrow, unfortunately we cannot offer an alternative.

Both of the approx. 85 m² superior apartments are located in the pedestrian zone of Seefeld with free parking. The elevator takes you to the 1st floor. The Superior apartments are located on the south side. The newly renovated apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The southern, furnished terraces offer a wonderful view of the Gschwandkopf.
