You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The accommodation is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It is a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. 5 - 10 min. you need by car to the lakes. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Please arrive by car.

The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.
