On 65 square meters, guests can expect an exquisite experience: A modern spiral staircase leads to the pleasantly cool bedroom, perfect for summer months. The apartment impresses with its brightness, an extensive terrace with city views and soothing underfloor heating for colder days. Located on the outskirts of town, the center is just a 20-minute walk away. A retreat that combines urban proximity and privacy.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
