This light-flooded cozy loft apartment is located in the holiday and wine-growing area of Bergstraße. There are a variety of excursion destinations in the area: Heiligenberg Castle, Felsenmeer, beautiful towns such as Heppenheim, Weinheim and... Many hiking trails and cycling routes are signposted. There are public transport connections to Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Darmstadt with the Mathildenhöhe World Heritage Site. Shops for everyday needs, cafes and restaurants, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance.

The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pulvermühle - 3 rooms / bathroom at Stettbach duplex

Vacation in the Pulvermühle directly on the Stettbach and in the middle of the Natura 2000 area. Your apartment has a view into the garden from all rooms. The bedroom is a duplex, the garden use is part of it as well as a parking space. You can enjoy the tranquility here with me through the seclusion. The stream chatter is a legendary chillout factor. You can start hiking and mountain bike tours directly from my place or rent 2 trekking e-bikes for €50, so you don't have to bring bicycles.

Casa Wilhelm

This quiet and centrally located apartment has its own entrance/hallway, two rooms and en-suite bathroom. There is a double bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. A hotspot guarantees good internet. A parking space is on the premises. It is only 200 m to the tram (19 min- > Darmstadt) and in 15 minutes you are at the train station by bus. Supermarkets, gas station and restaurants are around the corner. The garden can also be used. We look forward to seeing you soon!

In the middle of an historical property, the terrace with garden views invites you to linger. Gigabit internet amenities are a perfect fit for video conferencing.

Cozy duplex apartment

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)
