We did have a very nice weekend at this place and felt like at home. Kids were very happy too, as both in the garden and in the house there is a playground with lots of toys/ activity equipment. Kitchen was very well equipped. Garden is very comfortable with a barbecue and the terasse has a beautiful view with a big sitting area. Hosts are very kind, easy to reach and communicate. We would like to come again.

One of the coolest places to stay in Old Town Salzburg!! The apartment itself is very unique and historical but has modern amenities. Literally right in Old Town Salzburg you walk just a few minutes and you are in the square. Plenty of food options. The host was responsive and even gave us some local advice. Love this place

We had a wonderful time at Silvia's apartment! Everything was great – the apartment is very clean, cozy and decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Silvia is incredibly nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Beautiful and clean stay with great views and so much to do. Belinda's recommendations were excellent. I wish we had another night there!

We loved our stay. Family of 4 with 2 teens. Communication very responsive throughout. Clean, tidy and well kept. Kitchen well equipped . The complimentary tea/coffee a lovely touch. Shower room deluxe standard with separate toilet perfect to reduce morning family squabbles! Living room is large with 2 balconies for early morning/ late afternoon sun. Basement locker room with boot storage/warmers a huge bonus to reduce clutter in apartment. Narest lift 2 mins walk down the hill (which you do have to walk back up!) unfortunately not open as we were just out of season, but the bus stop is 1 min further on, which provides access to the open lift areas. Buses were still regular. 5min ride to TrassExpress or 20min to AreitExpress both on the Schmittenhöhe mountain. Or 40min to Kaprun for the Kitzsteinhorn glacier and guaranteed snow. Spar/Billa for groceries 5mins away, with many shops, restaurants and bars close by. The lake itself only 10 mins walk. Would stay again for sure.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Wow, what a great place to stay. We spent our wedding vacation with Christina and couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay. The view of the mountains, the idyllic property and especially the house with its own sauna. Just a dream. And with Christina herself, we had a really friendly and positive contact throughout. This was a dream come true. What an absolutely STUNNING LOCATION. Oh the view! There are several look out patios at the house and full views from all windows. The house is quaint and lovely as if out of a fairytale. Everything is well stocked. The market near by was great and had more options than expected for a small town. We enjoyed eating fresh caught fish strait from the local lake at restaurant down by the river. Loved the salt mine tour, locals hikes, and the beautiful shops. We wanted to stay longer and we absolutely will return. The hosts were kind and helpful. 10/10!!!!!!!

Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!
