The bedroom is equipped with an upholstered bed 180 × 200 cm, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is pleasantly warm in the bathroom with underfloor heating. You can enjoy comfort with the large, walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a small dining area for 2. In the living room you will find a large dining table.

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a residential building. It is suitable for up to 3 people. There is a living room with sofa bed and adjoining shower room, and a small bedroom with single bed and separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped. Linens, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The nearest bakery is about 1.3 km away, the nearest supermarket 2 km. It is a 5-minute walk to the AZL Luhmühlen, and to the Westergellerser Heide event site it is approx. 20 minutes' walk (2 km)

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Located between Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath, our small farm with adjacent fields is located in the municipality of Seevetal. On the upper floor of the residential building is the approx. 100 sqm apartment, which is perfect for relaxing in the countryside or exploring Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath from here. Both excursions can only be reached in 20 minutes by car. Alternatively, there is a bus stop within walking distance with connections to Hamburg.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
