Perfect location for a weekend getaway from the city. The cabin it’s just like the pictures and with a lot of seating areas outside to enjoy nature. Beds are comfy and great hot water for a warm shower. You can walk around the property and see horses and ton of birds.

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that heats the house well and you don't notice the cold or sleeping. Tommy is very attentive from the start.

We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

A really comfortable and homely house, we enjoyed using all the different indoor and outdoor spaces and games in the property, as well as walking to the nearby village to enjoy delicious pastries from the local bakery and a drink in the local taverna bar. We also enjoyed visits to nearby waterfall and mountain walks and the amazing The Catedral de Justo in Mejorada del Campo (about 50mins drive).

Perfect accommodation to visit Arévalo. Clean and comfortable. Fully equipped and with details that make the stay very cozy. The hostess is very helpful and kind. I would repeat without hesitation.

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

Within the wall of Avila, it makes it an invaluable experience. Added to the advantage of being able to store the car in a nearby parking lot.

Apartment in the center, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the spots to visit: the wall, the market square... Area full of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. Spacious, clean, and comfortable stays. We felt at home. Communication with Juan Carlos and Borja was excellent👌. Always willing/responsive to advise and help in any way.

The apartment is in a great location with a short walk to the aqueduct, restaurants and shopping. Mayte quickly responded to any questions. This is our second stay and we highly recommend this place.

The place is beautiful, quiet and with an amazing view. We couldn't use the pool but it was cold so it didn't hurt much. Extremely friendly and helpful!

We felt right at home. Super comfortable. It wasn't missing a detail. Everything is very careful and with great pleasure, and with everything you need to enter to enjoy it. In the kitchen there are not only utensils, but you have even different types of infusions. The perfect rooms, with views and very cozy. Overall it's phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Splendid place, definitely the best of all I've been. There are no details missing from the house. The "inconvenience" of the television is easily solved by contributing wifi on the mobile. We spent one night at Soledad’s and had a wonderful stay. Soledad is a lovely host who is very responsive, friendly and offered excellent local recommendations. Parking and check in were very easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very clean and well appointed, located in a charming and walkable area of Ávila. Highly recommend staying here!
