Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

With one step you are in the middle of the old town of Seligenstadt, a southern Hessian pearl not yet known to everyone. On two floors we offer space for up to six people, a large living / dining area, terrace and balcony and storage for your bicycles.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. The apartment is located in the center of Seligenstadt on the 2nd floor. Market square, monastery, Freihof and Main can be reached on foot in one minute. The train station is about 5 minutes by foot to the swimming pool in about 8 minutes. The apartment was completely newly created in 2016. The furnishings are new.
