The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to the centre of Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the first floor is approximately 115 m². This unit features two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

Vehicle charging is included in the rental price; you must bring your own charging cable. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The veranda is perfect for late summer evenings, offering privacy and a beautiful view.

Free WIFI Approximately 5 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk to Revebukta beach. 20 minute drive to Gamlebyen in Fredrikstad and Sweden.

Welcome to a cozy little house with 2 small terraces and a gas grill on Rolvsøy, in the middle between Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg. Contains a bunk bed for 2 persons. Low under the ceiling on the loft. Sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. No kitchen, but possibility for simple cooking. Has a fridge/microwave/double hot plate/coffee maker/kettle/dishwasher and toaster. Tableware/cutlery, etc. for all of you. Bus no. 8 goes out in Svaneveien every hour. WELCOME 🥰

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
