Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Equipped with a double bed, living room with sofa, kitchen with oven, fridge and a 4-burner stove. There is a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Outside the small living room, you can find a small and comfortable terrace.

Boheme Cottage with swimming pool

Boheme Cottage is in the south part of Rome and has a nice garden all around. Nearby there is the archeological spot of Parco dell'Appia Antica and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Divino Amore. The swimming pool is open from early June to late September.
