FLOS is located on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open space with an island kitchen and a living area. The interior space extends outwards thanks to a garden, equipped with a living room and a uniquely designed fountain. The white Mutina Mater ceramic floors emphasize the natural light in the living area with material elegance. The living area is completed by a white leather sofa by Poltrona Frau and "The Frame", a TV that transforms into a work of art.

My grandparents' old farmhouse, recently renovated in keeping with tradition, but with all modern comforts. Nestled in the countryside, suitable for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle, with an excellent location to easily reach the sea, mountains, lakes, thermal pools, rafting on the river, excursions and much more. In the evening, you can enjoy the cuisine in the various restaurants that distinguish our region. I also perform Reiki treatments and meditation, not on-site.

There are four bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and a family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are garden facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house. The whole house is equipped with DVB-S (free world sat) TV and WIFI. The charming village of Scauri, is only short walk away. The kitchen has all the conveniences a guest could want, including, microwave, oven, grill and fireplace and can accomodate up to 11 people.

The apartment is located on a hill at the entrance to Gaeta. From its large panoramic terrace, you can see the entire gulf up to Vesuvius and the island of Ischia. Far from the noise of the city and nightlife. Located at the beginning of the city section of Via Flacca, the apartment allows you to quickly reach the most exclusive beaches in Gaeta. It can be chosen as a base for visiting Naples (96 km), Pompeii (124 km) or Rome (143 km), by car or train.
