Monthly Rentals in Semaphore South

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. We stayed for a few months as waiting for house build. The location is great and with a garage, pool and gym. We found it easy to get to shops and used the Italian restaurant just below the building. Very comfy bed - the bedroom has no window but glass frosted sliding door,,but it was great as with AC on didn't need fan in bedroom. Bathroom great - good sized shower. Plenty of space for two people. Lots of light. We got very comfortable any Angelina was great as we extended our time.

Peter was very transparent and responsive. I enjoyed my stay & would definitely consider the space again if I return to Adelaide.

This place is a gem! The location had a private door opening onto a street of restaurants, theatre, supermarket and the beach! Everything you need without needing to drive anywhere. The beach was stunning and the walk along the beach and playgrounds was a bonus. The tight car park spot was a little tricky but our carpark neighbours were thankfully good at opening their car doors without a dint. We had an unexpectedly lovely stay at Semaphore.
