high standard accommodation with very good value for money. spacious home with several bedrooms and lounges. each bedroom with its own private bathroom. we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool which was very clean A caretaker is at the gate to come and go. a 4x4 vehicle is available with driver fans the house we rented for a fee for our groceries. Mr. Alexandre is very responsive. i would definitely recommend this place. Alberick

Vanessa and Ricardo were the perfect host. Ricardo was helpful from beginning to end, he speaks and understands English which helped me find his place and get around the city. Always responsive when I needed anything even late at night. His place is right by the road so it wasn’t difficult to find. The location is central to many things including the beach so that was a plus too. The apartment was very spacious, clean and fit the description on his listing. Only downside was when I realized I’ll have to pay my own power bills but then it’s a general thing in Benin AirBnB’s so it’s not exclusive to this listing… I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back whenever I am in Benin Republic. I’ll definitely recommend Ricardo and Vanessa’s place 100%.

The apartment is located in a central location close to relatively everything. A huge 2 bedrooms apartment well ventilated, clean that comes with basic amenities. The host is available to assist you if you have any questions or concerns and was flexible which is truly appreciated. Minor communication issues at the beginning of my stay that quickly got resolved. I definitely recommend and will be back to this rental in the future.

Very good stay in a perfect accommodation for a couple. I spent my weekend there (solo) and I was able to do everything I had planned in Cotonou in peace and quiet. There is a nice caretaker available if necessary, clean accommodation corresponding to the photos, many shops within a radius of 800 m. I would recommend it in a second.

Host not met physically because he was on the go but regular communication, very responsive, always attentive. we very much appreciated this. we met his wife physically with a kindness and kindness that we very much appreciated. A place to recommend for your stays in Cotonou if you like the calm, the sea, the sea, the sea and an environment conducive to rest away from the pollution and noise of the city. Large well decorated studio, trendy with quality furniture, a spacious bed and firm for the quality of sleep. The only catch is that you can't cook on site, it didn't bother me since I had busy days and ate restaurant instead, there is a microwave to heat the dishes. The staff is very caring and helpful. I would recommend this place, go there without hesitation.
