Nice apartment in quiet surroundings. Luca was out of health, so we were very kindly welcomed by his family. If you had any questions, he was always available and his family was responsive.

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

The house was fantastic, clean, spacious with a garden and a table outside so you can have lunch even outdoors. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Nice apartment and a very helpful host, thank you, Gionatan! The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is great, especially if you're planning to travel by train. I was able to visit many towns in the region this way, as well as explore Ancona itself. Highly recommend.

what to say about the apartment of Francesco and Francesco, my family and I were impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment, as soon as you enter you you can smell a clean scent that is a wonderful thing. The kitchen is impeccable and very well-stocked the bathroom is beautiful and very comfortable. Not to mention the area outside where you can have a breakfast or a tea and feel the waves of the sea, or have a lunch or dinner to be remembered. My girls did not want to leave a new apartment and with materials to envy even to starred hotels, Francesco then was very helpful to meet us both regarding check-in and check-out,and for anything we needed. We also met Francesco's father,a very kind person. i hope I have not forgotten anything. I only have positive things to tell about my experience in Francesco's apartment.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Marcus' apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia proved to be a perfect location, also for visiting other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always kind and helpful.

I went to watch volleyball.It is a short walk from the mini metro station and within walking distance of Parabalon.There were supermarkets, cafes, etc. nearby, and the location was good. They also provided water, coffee, basic condiments, towels, etc., which was very appreciated.　I had a problem once, and when I talked to the host, they responded right away. I want to use it again.

Very spacious apartment, with attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. Complete in every detail, from the necessary for the bathroom (shampoo, body soap, make-up and tonic pads, 2 phones), to coffee pods. Kids games and books in every corner. Pool table that can be used in the living room and smart TV. We were greeted with infinite kindness and at the scheduled time! Absolutely recommended

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

It was perfect!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.
