Welcome to our studio located in the heart of Nevers, a few steps from all shops and in the historic centre. You can enjoy the calm offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard. After a day of vacation or work, you will be able to relax in peace. The studio has kitchen, living and sleeping areas with a 160 x 200 cm bed + mattress topper. The most comfortable bed in Nevers. Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
