The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Located on top of a mountain with a 360-degree view, including the peak of Agulhas Negras, the house offers total comfort and privacy for moments of relaxation next to untouched nature, with access to the property's waterfall and a semi-wet wood-burning sauna with a surprising view.

Casa da Nêspera was born to be another charming and comfortable corner for those who appreciate nature, exclusivity and quiet. With a beautiful view, it has wifi and a Smart TV with Sky. It has a Finnish sauna with glass, and a view of the mountains. Possibility of many hikes to waterfalls and views, a mandatory stop is the river, on the property.
