Wonderful space, in the middle of nature, well located, quiet, all well accommodated, comfort, impeccable cleaning, complete kitchen with all utensils, very polite, kind and very flexible host. My family and I love this place, our third stay at the house. Of all, it's worth a lot if you stay at this location! We'll be back for sure!

We had wonderful family moments in this space! All as described. The children did not want to leave the pool (air-conditioned!) and the adults made a good use of the barbecue and the pool table! :D Letícia was super solicitous at all times, with clear instructions on access to the house and helped us even by scheduling a person to help us clean the space during the event, which was great because she knew all the amenities and utensils of the house well. We want to come back soon!

I had a very quiet stay of 30 days. I was very well guided by hosts. Even with recommendations that are not foreseen in the stay. Recommending me safe place for parking and etc. safe place, family atmosphere, extremely close to Congonhas airport, which made it much easier for me to walk and return. I highly recommend it.

Our accommodation was great, very good space and house structure. The well-divided and clean rooms, we spent incredible family days... The part of the deck was everyone's favorite. Marcela and Reinaldo were very attentive in the service with us.

Very good , clean and safe house. Relatively close to Avenida das Nações Unidas, Shopping Morumbi, Expo São Paulo, Interlagos and also other sights of São Paulo. Everything is in the house. Thanks host Fernando. We'll be back for sure.

I booked my husband and I, we were well oriented and welcomed by Neuria and Cris. house rich in detail, has well thought out utensils for every need. You feel part of the house. If they are intending to get to know the local tourist spots as well, check it out before you go. The Water Peak Eye is known for its sunrise and is unfortunately closed. And the caceia waterfall does not accommodate the number of visitors. In the end I believe that the best experience is the home

I used the house to make a movie recording, Denise and the housekeepers welcomed me before so that it was possible to make a visit in advance, were super flexible with the check-in and check-out times. The case is super clean and very comfortable, the pool water is a delight, the neighborhood is quiet. Anyway, great for relaxing or (in my case) for production. Unfortunately I ended up breaking two fans, but they overheared and I'm buying a new one without headaches. Thank you very much for your attention! I recommend it! 👏🏻

Daniel is an amazing host with great attention to details. A small house in the heart of the bohemian neighborhood of Vila Madalena. Quite impressively, this street is very calm and peaceful. It’s a very special street, a dead-end. The sheets are of very good quality. The bed has a pillowtop, which is so comfortable that I don’t want to get up. And it’s a vibe, a real coziness. I can only be grateful for my stay here. It’s the best option you can find in São Paulo

Igor and his father welcomed us with great cordiality and sympathy. The house has good air circulation and is fresh even with strong sunshine, very well cared for and perfect for guests. Large household utensils, comfortable beds, and even the showers were very good. The view of the pool area is beautiful, very good barbecue and well-maintained pool table. Still talking about the pool, it hits the sun all day. What on hot days is a very positive point.

The stay was wonderful ! Edison answered us quickly, and the homemade Mr. José received us very well, it helped us in what we need. The house was super clean, and the outside space was simply wonderful ! We definitely want to come back more often !

The house is really beautiful as in the pictures. Super organized hosts, very clean house, impeccable heated pool, super beautiful garden. Details and care that make all the difference: bath towels separated from the pool towels, all the bathrooms in the house were dampened. Super soft and high quality bed linen. The main room and master bedroom have air-conditioning. It really is a home that offers a lot of comfort. The location is great, super close to markets, shopping malls, pharmacies. Communication with the hosts was great! Luciana has always been very clear, communicative, helpful and has indicated to me several great restaurant options near the house. The Flávia that did our check in was super clear in the information and instructions of the house, attentive and friendly. My family and I were very pleased with our choice. The house welcomed my family very well and beyond everything is pet friendly and we were able to take our shitzu. It was great and we'll be back with Ctz
