Alex's apartment is in great location, exactly as described, all clean and organized mt. I did not use the utensils but they all looked new. If you have to go to Petrópolis again for sure and an option to return

The house is spacious and the spaces are integrated, leaving the family always united during meals, barbecue, outdoor activities, ping-pong game, sauna, swimming pool. The check-in was perfect, as Adriana was waiting for us at the house. Same for check-out. The house is easily accessible. Beds and bathrooms that make us feel at home. Super well-equipped kitchen. Very warm and strong shower. Easy-to-turn-on sauna. Great size pool! The entire property is fenced, leaving our pets free to run and play.

Rosangela's house is super complete, with everything a family needs to feel at home. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. Whenever we needed her, she responded promptly. We loved the basket she left us as a gift. And also the Christmas decorations.

This is the second time we've been, we love Isabel's house. It's all well equipped, beautiful and comfortable. We always spend beautiful days enjoying the pool and garden.

The property is great! It was possible to enjoy both Sol days and rainy days. We went with a cat and a dog and since all windows have a mosquito net, we can leave the windows open and the cat inside the house safely. The outside area has a lot of space so it was great for the children and the dog to run at will and play ball. The hosts are super receptive and have all the questions answered. The house has automation with voice commands, which makes entertainment much easier. Finally, despite being an airbnb you'll feel like you're in a hotel, hosts offer plenty of amenities beyond the basics!

Kathy is a great hostess, her house is charming and very well located, very close to the famous fair, with a warehouse, bakery and restaurants very close by, being able to do everything on foot... It is also very close (by car) to sights such as Granja Comary and the Serra dos Órgãos National Park. The full Harry Potter decoration is one more detail, which made everyone amazed and the desire to return to another opportunity.

We rented the house to be with my family on the Easter holiday. We live wonderful days in the house that is wonderful, super clean and equipped. It had exactly everything we needed. Clean kitchen, high quality dishes and a lot of hygiene. The impeccably cleaned and floor tablecloths. A large and very clean house. We give a lot to the cleaning and that was the most prominent point. Inês served us very kindly and has a wonderful cuisine. We also count on the help of Sonia who was always kind and smiling. The rooms are large, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and hot showers. It is very close to Itaipava, around 10 minutes. We use the game room, grass field for football and beach tennis as it is equipped with hammocks and rackets. We took our Pet which was also very well received. Tiago was very important for our choice as it was welcoming.

We are very pleased with the trip in general. Everything took place very quiet during the period of our visit to Teresopolis. Location otima, we are well accommodated, the apartment is exactly like the photos. It was super easy to find the place, easy access to trade in general. The very considerate and pleasant and flexible host at check-in and check-out times. We hope we can come back soon and book the same apt. Thank you Cristiane

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
