It was a sensational trip. Mirian's apartment is wonderful. super cozy and very functional. I felt at home. It has everything you need for good hosting. The leisure area is amazing. My kids enjoyed a lot. And the location is very good. Great restaurants and other shops in general. Super indico. We will return for sure.

The stay was great, it was 9 quiet days, we spent the carnival of 2025. Communication with the Host was good, always responding to us immediately, pleasant and kind. the Apt is large and spacious, the location is also very good. As I already know Terê, I found especially the quiet and quiet place, close to restaurants, for those who like to walk, it is 20 mints to the center, as for the city Alto to the feirinha . we will return for sure.

The flat is exactly the same as in the pictures. Clean, well decorated and with the space well used. Several utensils available, including suitcase support, clothesline and hairdryer. I've been to other flats and there were no such items available. Communication with Heliel was quick and flexible. Also, the view from the top floor of Granja to the mountains is very beautiful! We went to a festival in the park of itaipava and the location was perfect for it. There were restaurants around and it was possible to walk to the event. The apartment was clean and ready to welcome us. Margarete left water and some cookies that saved our arrival. The sofa bed is comfortable and has enough closets for 4 people. The shower is great too. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seems to have enough to make breakfast.

We were 6 guests and the house accommodated us with great comfort. It is a little isolated and close to the forest, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

Our weekend at the Tayinea estate was wonderful! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Tayinea always responded very quickly with great kindness and affection. The house is a spectacle, the interior very clean, organized, smelling bedding. Detail for the double bedroom closet, which allowed us to leave the clothes of the suitcases well tidy and without kneading. By the way, the view from the double room at dawn is amazing. As for the outdoor area, all very well cared for, clean and organized. There were so many attractions in the backyard that we barely left the house for a walk. The Fire place gave us amazing photos at night. Our pet also took advantage of the property as the backyard is all walled up and totally safe for our four-legged friends. We love everything! We will definitely be back! Thank you so very much for you, you are a love!

Simple and very cozy house. It is very well located within the condominium (next to the club, great for those with kids). The condominium is spectacular, just like the photos, with plenty of space for hiking, games and a very hot pool. We were lucky that by the time they were with children's recreation, with many activities for children. The condominium also has a canteen, with good dining options and with good price. The address is very easy to locate, and has a nearby market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant (within walking distance). The house was clean and with impeccable gardening. The host Ricardo is very requested and responds quickly. We take great memories of the week we spent there and recommend it.
