We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Great place to spend time very close to the beach which in early June was almost empty, almost private. There are two beaches nearby with paid sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beach bar, and there's something for everyone.

Very clean and well located accommodation close to bus lines and the metro to reach the main monuments of Rome. The accommodation is very close to a train station that allows you to get directly from the airport in 40 minutes. A few very good restaurants and ice cream parlors in the neighborhood. Really good host. Super responsive and pro-active to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Delightful, well-kept, essential place, perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing stay with their four-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for leaving dogs free, you will find a delightful garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor coffee table has allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. Just a stone's throw from the little house, a private street will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation...what to say for us , beyond expectations you will remain more than satisfied. A beautiful Airbnb. It was a very quick walk to the Vatican and there were a variety of local restaurants. The apartment was in pristine condition and exactly as pictured. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive!
