Cute little two rooms in the heart of the HIGH NEIGHBORHOOD

Cute Small simple apartment, 2 rooms ( 32m2) in the HEART of the UPPER DISTRICT in Sète. Ground floor of a townhouse, with direct and independent access, a 10-minute walk from the center , market house and already on the sea side! Ideal for discovering Sète on foot, you are 5 minutes from the port (direct access by a staircase) from the marine cemetery and the Paul Valéry museum and right next to the mythical "Café Social". I will be happy to give you plenty of good gourmet and/or unusual addresses!

Room with a view in a charming villa

Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. I have a parking space that I make available to you free of charge :-)

Single room: table/armchair area that can be replaced by desk on request, TV, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, Nespresso capsules, tea, 140 x 200 bed for 1 or 2 adults. Mezzanine floor with 130 foam mattress for 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old max. (ceiling height of 1.50 m). Bed and bath linens available (free). Private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). Hours: 7:00 p.m./12:00 p.m. Do not book if Espace Sentein.

Nice little 18 m2 studio – AIR-CONDITIONED – cool in summer, warm in winter – with its PRIVATE TERRACE located on the side of our residential villa. Its ENTRANCE is INDEPENDENT. Its terrace overlooks the 400 m2 green GARDEN. Quiet residential area, FREE PARKING on the street in front of the house. THE 2 SINGLE BEDS can be PUSHED TOGETHER or SEPARATED by a CURTAIN, to create TWO mini bedroom SPACES IN THE MAIN ROOM and maintain everyone's privacy.

Nice 2-room terrace, parking, near historic center

Bright T2 not overlooked with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk. Free parking is available in the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.

Charming little studio, located in the heart of the Ecusson district close to the Hôtel de la Préfecture, 5 minutes from Place de la Comédie. The "Montpellier Saint-Roch" train station is 10 minutes away and the tram (4 lines) is a 5-minute walk away. 4 underground parking lots within 500 m. Also within a 500 m radius, all the places to go out in the city of Montpellier (bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas, etc.)

It is not possible to accommodate more than 2 people.
