Monthly Rentals in Setien

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

Our stay at Jesus's place was very pleasant. The house is located in a very quiet development, about 12-15 minutes from downtown Somo and the beach. The house is very convenient and is very well equipped. It has a slightly dated decoration but it is very practical. The skinny spot would be the beds, which have quite uncomfortable mattresses. The garden is spacious and very well cared for. Although Jesus lives in the same house (in a totally separate stay), it is all very private and we had total intimacy. We went with our little girls (1 and 2 years old) and they had a great time running around the garden. There's a little cost, but it wasn't at all an inconvenience for them.

We had a great time, very peaceful and fresh. The place is in a scattered area of houses and there were no noises 8km from Somo which is where we wanted to enjoy with our dog. Mari Luz and especially her father who lived in the upper part of the house, wonderful people and always wanting you to be at home and they have achieved it. Your amazing garden.

Marta and Ian's place is very tastefully decorated and comfortable to hang out in. It's conveniently located for getting down the beach at Somo or heading south into the hills. Marta and Ian were very welcoming, friendly and communicative and gave a good list of local recommendations which was very useful. There were quite a few rural noises (dogs and chickens etc) which were not a problem for me, but could be an issue if someone was a very light sleeper. Overall a nice place to stay and happy to recommend it!
