Vacation rentals with a patio in Setúbal

Apartamento numa zona reservada e logo um ambiente seguro. Zona extremamente sessegada e tranquila principalmente durante a noite!! Apartamento equipado conforme descrito. sublinho a limpeza impecável de todas as áreas,(que pode ser feita durante a estadia, se assim se desejar), bem como a roupa da cama e toalhas impecavelmente limpas A água bem quente e com muita pressão. Colchão e almofadas muito confortáveis. E o podermos levar a nossa "pet" foi fundamental para a escolha do espaço. Ideal para uns dias de férias em casal.

Anfitriões excelentes e com sua equipe de inigualáveis colaboradores, estadia maravilhosa, correspondendo ao anúncio e a todas as expectativas. Espaço limpo, confortável e de fácil acesso a todo tipo de comércio. Obrigada a todos os envolvidos.

It was a treat to meet Beate in person at check in. Apartment was exactly as described and very quiet (one could hear some music from a nearby club but this was only on Friday and Saturday evenings) and not too disruptive. New Year Eve’s concert and Setúbal bay fireworks were literally less than 300m away and all for free . Great restaurants catering for all budgets immediately near and further afield. Selection is endless. The winter weather was spectacular which made enjoying the beaches a treat. Beate was so friendly and accommodating with any request. Highly recommended stay. We stayed for 7 nights over New Years.

Ótima experiência. o apartamento é amplo, luminoso, bem decorado e estava muito limpo. Comunicação com o anfitrião foi boa. Recomendo!

Remember the "old days" of Airbnb when the host would meet you at the location to show you around and give you a key? That personal touch ha sbeen missing from Airbnb lately, but this place is the exception; Keira and Daniel host from a "human first" and not "profit first" perspective and it shows. Daniel even helped us with a restaurant reservation on the day of our arrival! We stayed in a several places across Portugal during our trip and this was hands down our favorite. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location, spacious - nothing but praise from us.

Adorámos ficar neste adorável airbnb no coração de Setúbal! Excelente localização e espaço impecável! A casa é simplesmente linda e confortável. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Tudo limpo e decoração muito bonita. A única parte menos boa para nós foram as cortinas blackout no quarto dos miúdos. Como não tapa mesmo a luz toda e ainda são bebés e gostam de dormir no escuro, tivemos de fazer uma fortaleza de papel de prata, por isso, se estiver na dúvida de levar ou não protetor balckout para as crianças: leve! Mas de resto, tudo 5 estrelas! Muito obrigada! Em especial à Sara que foi sempre muito amigável :)

Apartamento excelente, ótimo espaço e ótima localização. Eu, esposa e filha passamos pouco mais de um mês no apartamento. Atenção aos detalhes e ótima comunicação com as pessoas responsáveis. Absolutamente nada de ruim ou sequer razoável para comentar… correu tudo super bem.

Wat een pareltje deze accommodatie! Het huis ligt op een heuvel in een 6 hectare wijngaard waar verder nauwelijks iemand komt (wellicht wel op andere momenten tijdens oogst oid) dus super privé.Het uitzicht in geweldig. Je ziet in de verte de stad Lissabon (ligt op circa 25 km afstand). Ook vanuit het zwembad ;-) (circa 5m x 2,5 m en 1,4 diep). Huis is verder super verzorgd. Aangezien het nog niet lang wordt verhuurd zijnheel veel spulletjes nog bijna nieuw. We hebben hier met Z’n 4 verbleven (2 persoons bed en een slaapbank). Je ligt wel in een ruimte. Genoeg supermarkten ed in de buurt (max 5 min met de auto) Host is verder ook een topper!! Ik raad deze locatie echt iedereen aan!!

Wow! We had an amazing stay at Luìs’ place! It was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever been too. It was also well stocked for cooking. The courtyard was lovely- a safe for our cat-daughter to be outside. The parking was easy, the area has a super market in walking distance. The house is even better than in the pictures! Luìs’ daughter Mafalda greeted us and was great with communication. We woudl definitely come back next time we want to be near Lisbon! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Very kind host ! Always responded. We had to change the time of arrival last minute due to an emergency and he was so accommodating. Parking on street was a little full some times but we always found a spot.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Insbesondere in der Küche waren viele Extras. Dazu ist es sehr kinderfreundlich, es gab sogar Spielzeug für verschiedene Altersklassen und ein Kuscheltier zur Begrüßung für unser Baby im Kinderbett. Super ist auch der kombinierte Waschtrockner. Der große Außenbereich ist sehr schön, bei unserem Aufenthalt war es leider zu kühl und windig. Rafael ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, kümmert sich sofort und ist gut erreichbar gewesen. Zum Teil hätte die Ausstattung etwas hochwertiger sein können (Bettwäsche und Kissen aus dünnem Polyester, Pfannen in der Küche). In jedem Raum ist dafür ein Fernseher. Für uns war das eher unnötig, aber jemand anderes findet das sicher praktisch :) Mit dem Auto ist vieles gut erreichbar, man ist aber darauf angewiesen. Das Schloss in Palmela ist wegen der tollen Aussicht sehr zu empfehlen. Mehrere Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten Fahrtzeit erreichbar.

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement de Rui, nous étions en vacances avec de la famille (grand groupe), et le logement est parfait pour un rassemblement de famille ou d’amis, la maison est propre, le quartier paisible et Rui a toujours été réactif lors de nos sollicitations. Un excellent pied à terre pour visiter Setubal (20min) Sesimbra (35min) et même Lisbonne (45min)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The place was perfect for our family. The facilities were fantastic. There was every pot, pan and utensil you could need for cooking all your meals. They have thought of everything when designing the house. There’s an indoor and outdoor shower by the pool. The room with bunk beds had toys and books which was fantastic as we had a toddler with us. All communication was excellent and check in etc was great. We were met at the property and shown around. Lots of suggestions and recommendations. There’s not really anything in walking distance so best to have a car which we did. But cabs were easily available and not expensive. But for a chill out stay you don’t need to leave the home. It feels safe and secure and is stylish and comfortable. Lovely hosts. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Recomendo. A habitação é porreira e tem todas as condições para uma boa semana de férias. O proprietário sempre foi prestável e ajudou naquilo que nós pedimos.

O lugar é ainda mais bonito do que nas fotos: limpo, confortável e com uma localização perfeita para quem busca local de fácil acesso e próximo de tudo na região central de Setúbal. A estrutura foi pensada com muito cuidado, e tudo estava impecável e muito bem organizado. O que realmente fez a diferença foi a hospitalidade do anfitrião. Fui recebido com atenção e gentileza que me senti em casa, Tiago deu ótimas dicas da região e fui bem acolhido. Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca uma experiência especial e autêntica em Setúbal. Espero voltar em breve!

Un grand merci à Silvia pour son accueil. Appartement très bien situé à 100 mètres des deux plages de Sesimbra et avec énormément de restaurants et de petits commerces à proximité. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

War alles sehr super schön, genau wie auf den Fotos und der Gastgeber hat immer direkt geantwortet wenn es Fragen gab. Würde diese Unterkunft zu jederzeit wieder anmieten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Thank you perfect stay

This was the cleanest Air BNB we ever stayed in. The grounds and pool are very well maintained. The surrounding beaches, countryside and towns are beautiful and it is located in an all round spectacular setting. David was a very helpful host and there is pool!

Sehr große und gemütlische Wohnung im Zentrum von Setubal. Sehr nah zum Port und zu alle Kaffees und Restaurants. Gut ausgestattet. Marika ist immer gut erreichbar. Falls du Ruhe suchts ost es nicht der Ort( jeden Abend gibt es Konzerte direkt vor der Wohnung) . But that was for us no Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Familien vår hadde et veldig fint opphold hos Luis. Anbefales!
