Monthly Rentals in Severn Bridge

Stayed here in April and didn't expect much being April but the weather was nicer than expected and the place beat our expectations! The place was so tidy, clean and just FULL of supplies and amenities - way more than any place we have ever been. Well stocked and thought out kitchen, loved the idea of having laundry inside and the hot tub was awesome for the time of year! Dog friendly was such a bonus for us to bring our 2 Labs as many places have such stipulations on size of pets welcomed and despite snow still being on the ground in some places, they enjoyed the swimming. The canoe, paddleboards and paddle boat were great to have available and we made use of the canoe. The deck offered great views and was perfect to have the gate to close the area to enjoy with our dogs and not worry about them running off the pester the neighbourhood chickens. Overall, great stay

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!

Great waterfront cottage. Large windows to appreciate the view. Fire pit was great. Kayaks were also great, with life jackets (kid size too)! Lots of books/toys/dvds that were great for our 3 year old. Host was very helpful and responsive. It was a little chilly at first but the space heaters and wood stove warmed up the cottage very well! Would stay again!

Ash is a great host, the listing is exactly like the description and they are very friendly people. It feels like home and lot of water activities and sports/games to play. The home was spotless and everything was available in the kitchen. The only thing to be mindful about is that there is a rail track very close to the property which might be an issue if you are a light sleeper, our group didn't have much troubles and we had a great time at Ash's place. We look forward to spending more time at Lake sparrow.
