an isolated cottage but very nicely equipped and very good for relaxation. The pool was a highlight for the kids and adults alike. Great play area in the garden for the kids. Very nice view of the mountains. Definitely recommended for families who need some rest. The car ride to the beach was a bit exhausting but doable. About 1 hour.

We had a beautiful stay ☺️ It is a very unique Airbnb in a traditional style which we loved. Plenty of coffee, toilet paper and towels provided and very good communication + helpful answering all of our questions throughout our stay. The piazza is about 10-15 minutes walking and requires lots of stairs but is accessible for the general person. Would definitely stay again, thank you!!!

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!
