Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

The lighthouse is a newly renovated, light filled flat within a Georgian property, right in the heart of Teignmouth. It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

The Kitchen area has gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and is en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Patio area with garden furniture shared with one other property, and Private parking for 2 cars.

The cottage has recently been refurbished and is a light, bright space decorated in a beachy style. The cottage has all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. NOT SUITABLE FOR 7 ADULTS.
