Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

If you are in Yerevan, then this is a very good place where you can stay. We were checked in much earlier than expected and were given to leave our belongings after eviction until the evening. The apartment was clean and cosy. Nice hot water shower. Comfortable bed with a clean and soft bed. The center is not far away. There is a grocery store nearby. 10/10

Everything was very good and clean, comfortable apartment to stay in Yerevan. very close to the metro and the bus stop. The host is impeccable, always responding to what we needed
