Vacation rentals in Shelton

This place was perfect for our quick stop while just passing through. We booked last minute at 5 PM and Alexandra was as to accommodate. It was cozy, clean, spacious and nice to have a kitchen. The place is decorated nicely, making it more unique than a hotel. You forget your in a converted space in the cozy bedroom and bathroom. And the projector is a very cool feature. Would stay again.

We stay at Nicole’s place every March whenever the dates line up. It’s great. So peaceful. Wonderful property. I’m a “clean freak” and I’m always comfortable here. The cabin is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Quite frankly, I love it!

We needed a night to stay and there was no hotels near by. So it worked out perfect.

We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

Will never stay anywhere else when I'm in the area. This was my 3rd time here. Scott is amazing, the place is absolutely spectacular. You can tell that they put in the effort to make your stay the best. I hate leaving every time and cannot wait to come back.

Great place to stay. Lots of things for a dog to do and keep busy. The room is clean. The only thing I wish it had more cooking capability.

Charming little secluded cottage next to the Platte River. Close enough to all the amenities in Kearney. The host goes the extra mile in ensuring the guests will have an enjoyable visit! She provided clear and easy instructions for check in & out, and was very responsive to messages!

Love this tiny little house! Perfect for a romantic get away and Rachel has thought of it all! We loved playing battleship and the friendly cat that hung out with us during the pink moon! Thank you

Juana was very easy to communicate with and her place was very comfortable, welcoming and I felt safe. I was able to get comfortable and cozy quickly- which is so nice when you are traveling! It was very easy to get my pets inside. I would stay here again! I got dinner from sticky rice and it was very delightful. All around a great experience!
