Home away from home Great neighborhood & location!

Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

Main floor apartment in a quiet tree lined neighborhood full of character & charm. Relaxing front porch and back patio. Art sourced from our travels & a fully stocked kitchen. Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

Guest house in the country, but close to the city!

Quiet country getaway with a beautiful wooded setting! Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch with your morning coffee and the beautiful sunsets from the back deck before you retire for the night in this cozy retreat. A very serene view! We are 36 miles to Eppley Airfield, 35 miles to CHI Health Center, 25 miles to Charles Schwab Field, & 33 miles to the Old Market Omaha. If you want to slow it down, we are close to Slattery Vintage Estates Winery & Round the Bend Steakhouse.

Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space features 14 foot ceilings, oversized windows, and exposed brick. Booking your stay at the loft includes FREE Breakfast or Lunch for up to 2 people per day Monday-Saturday from 6am-2pm at the Garrison. Guests can walk downstairs to the Garrison or call and have it delivered. The menu can be found online.

A railroad depot renovated into a bunkhouse located midway on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. It includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. A/C & heat, coffee maker, dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Linens and towels provided. One queen bed, the other twin bunk beds. The Futon in the living area folds out. Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 150 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental.
