nice to meeting you.We started hosting private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so we will take care of anything right away.We also enjoy going out and having a meal with our guests when the time is right. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient about a 20-minute walk from Kita24jo Station on the Nanboku Subway Line, but there are few drive streets and you can spend quietly. 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10-minute walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place to live. Also, there are large supermarkets and hot spring facilities if you go 2 stops by train. One parking space is available in the facility (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(This is the parking lot I use every day.I will park elsewhere) The sofa bed is 170cm. [About transportation] I will do my best to pick you up and drop you off at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you. There is wifi and a private kitchen and bathroom, so you are more than welcome to stay for a long time and work remotely.

Do you want to stay like a local while enjoying the charm and gastronomy of Hokkaido? It is also convenient for traveling around Sapporo and Furano, and is a 1-minute drive to the high-speed interchange/about 30 minutes from New Chitose Airport. One free parking is provided, so it is perfect for a rental car trip. The room is equipped with 2 double beds + 2 singles, a fully automatic washer and dryer, and a PC desk. It is also a comfortable space for family vacations and workcations. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but if you use a rental car, you can enjoy Hokkaido gourmet food at popular local soup curry, ramen, conveyor belt sushi, and Japanese confectionery shops, as well as organic rice ball shops and bakeries. Please make some wonderful memories. Please note: It takes about a 20-minute walk from the station.We recommend using a car. If you use public transportation, it takes about 60 minutes to arrive. - No transfer services. My apartment is 3 mins walk from SHIROISHI SUBWAY station exit 7. 4 stops from ODORI subway station (about 7 mins). This room has 3 bedrooms. 2 double beds for 4 persons, 2 futons (Japanese style mat) for 2 persons. The maximum capacity is 6 persons, but I think that 3-5 persons are suitable and comfortable. We have a work room. We welcome digital nomad workers.　There is a Supermarket (open 24 hours), some restaurants, a big local park nearby. Please come to my room with your family or friends!

Staying in a room in an old Japanese wooden apartment. The toilet is difficult for tall people. Please check the review. It is a highly rated room. New air conditioning! Comfortable life! A cozy room with a private entrance, kitchenette and a small bathroom. Fully equipped with new air conditioning. 4 min walk to Subway Hiragishi Station, 3 min walk to convenience store,, supermarket, restaurants and pubs.
