Alaa and Dr. Hanan were so sweet and followed up on me several times to make sure everything was great. I really felt like being home and a part of family as they had so heartwarming personalities. They communicate very well in English and Arabic and Alaa even speaks Danish! The apartment was nice in terms cleanliness, location, and space. Overall it was a great experience 😊😊😊

Great host, very responsive and helpful and supportive, he made the full process very easy. The property is in a perfect condition and looks exactly like the photos. Prime location and very close to Mporium. Highly recommended!

Basma was very cooperative and responsive to our enquiries. Her place was well maintained and equipped with all needed items for comfortable stay. She ensured that our stay was hassle free. The location of the unit is short walk to the marina and surrounded by lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would reconsider for future trips.. one area of improvement is providing wifi to the unit( the listing mentioned no wifi but went unnoticed by me), the wifi would be beneficial to set up wifi baby monitors in case you are bringing your kids and housemaid with you. The place was great. The house is very clean with a big garden and a cute balcony. Mr. Ahmed was a great host that made sure we had everything we needed and was easily reachable. Would recommend!

Hazem was extremely a great host, first of all, he accepted to let me check in earlier than usual, he waited for us for so long cause my flight got delayed to reach the chalet to welcome us. The place is amazing, so big and spacious, everything was clean and well set. The place had a perfect location inside hacienda bay, 9 minutes walking to the beach, 6 minutes driving to the lake yard ( where all restaurants and supermarket are there). We really felt home, hazem was so helpful and responsive , he did help me with getting access code to Marassi marina by asking most of his friends, really thank you Hazem, I am very appreciative. Definitely we will go back again to hazem’ chalet next year.

I had an amazing stay at Abdallah’s house! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Abdallah was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is close to all the attractions and in a peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in Marina.

Mr Nabil is the best host i have had in all my airbnb experience worldwide. Even before we arrive he was always checking on us and giving us directions to reach safely and making sure we have everything we need. When we arrived he greeted us warmly and took us in a friendly tour giving us all the tips needed. He pre-stocked the home with everything that we might need so that we don’t need anything when we arrive (pre cooled water bottles, toiletries, menus for for delivery, extra linens, towels, beach stuff..) During our stay, he was very friendly and responsive and helping us with all our inquiries. We even had a car problem and he was very kind and drove to us with his car and tools to help us out and giving us tips and directions on where to get a proper fix. The Chalet itself was PERFECT. VERY VERY clean, spacious and fully equipped. with a wonderful view and very close location to food court and supermarket areas and beachs. Many Thanks Mr Nabil! Looking forward to next time!

Excellent accommodation, apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials that made the stay comfortable. Ms. Arfan was keen to make sure everything was alright and was there if we needed anything. Arrival process was smooth as well with a lovely fruit basket in the apartment and someone waiting for us to assist with the access cards for the beach etc. Highly recommend this property.
