Casa Guapa Tamuziga -studio terrace

We are happy to welcome you to Casa Guapa de Tamuziga and invite you to get to know our lovely house. Casa Guapa is a very charming spot and earns its reputation as the"beautiful house". Indeed it is a very adorable and exceptionally designed house. Casa Guapa attracts attention in the neighbourhood of Tamuziga (this is the very ancient name of Essaouira) and immediately you will discover our differentness to other guesthouses in the old Medina. The individual care about our guests in a familiar ambience is most important to us and at the same time the guests have their own full privacy and space. You can cater yourselves or be pampered by our famous breakfast and enjoy our homemade moroccan dishes at home. Two individual decorated apartments and one charming studio on the beautiful roof terrace provide convenience at a different level of prices and make Casa Guapa an excellent place to meet interesting people in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoying the sunset with friends on the roof terrace can be the perfect finale to a pleasurable day. The studio on the big roof terrace is truly a little paradise close to the firnament. Indeed our guests here don't have a tv or DVD player but they can enjoy the luxury of accessing the terrace directly and being in contact straight away with nature. Many plants, partly roofed seating-accommodation, an amazing view over the medina and the sea from a second terrace, a barbeque and the brand new fully equipped hobbit house kitchen shared with the Casa Guapa team create a cosy and warm atmosphere to feel very comfortable. The studio contains approx. 15 m² and provides space for 1 - 2 people: the lovingly decorated bedroom is equipped with twin beds which can also be put together as a double bed. The bathroom contains a shower & toilet and is accessable via the bedroom. The guests of the studio and the Casa Guapa team have exclusive access to Casa Guapas terrace kitchen. It is here that we prepare our yummy breakfasts and savoury tajines for our guests - but you are welcome to enjoy this new facility at your leisure. On the groundfloor of Casa Guapa is "Chez Nadine". Her space of living and creativity with a small studio is private, although the sympatic mistress is happy to open her doors for occasionally sponteanous creative, social and culinary activities. Some of the creations which have been realized in the studio, are as well part of the furnishing on the upper floors of Casa Guapa. If you are looking for a delicious dinner on the terrace or a relaxing massage, a cleaning lady or a baby-sitter, more knowledge about craft work and special insider tips, or you want to learn how to cook moroccan food – the charming mistress Nadine and her team will be happy to be at your disposal. If you wish to be pampered with our famous breakfast we offer you this delicious and varied experience as an extra for 5,50 Euros per person and day. Communication is easy in Casa Guapa because we speak French, English, German, Spanish and Arabic. Every guest has free access to the sunny roof terrace, where he can find a comfortable spot to relax. We provide free wifi internet connection in the whole house. If you need a taxi from the airport of Essaouira, Marrakech or Agadir, we can organise your personal driver to pick you up there and bring you straight to Casa Guapa. Guests travelling by car can park easily and free of charge in front of the house. Casa Guapa is located in the quarter of "Azlef" opposite of Hammam Ghita (typical arabic bath, spoken: Rita), in the middle of the center of New Essaouira. Different to the turbulent and busy life of the acient Medina you will feel here straight away being part of the moroccan neighborhood and at the same time it is only a 15 minutes’ walk by foot to the Medina, its impressive harbour and the main tourist attractions of the city, 8 minutes to the beach and 2 to the forest. Small taxis are also circulating for 50 cents per ride everywhere in town. The new but not touristy Hammam and shopping facilities like supermarkets, bakeries, laundries and cafés are conveniently situated just around the house.

Gîte Dar Baba Diali-suite Azur

Marion and Said are two writers, also kick boxers and for one, psychologist and psychotherapist and for the other former director of a socio-cultural center. They built this house on one level of 600 m2 on a plot of 25,000 m2 in the middle of a forest of argan trees. The closest house is 500 m away. Mogador airport is 6 km and Essaouira 23 km. The house is composed of 2 bedrooms and 4 suites of 45, 55, 70 and 90 m2, a living room of 110 m2 (6 m high). a/ The 30 m2 "TURMERIC" room with fireplace and bathroom (bathroom = Toilet + Sink + bathtub) (ideal for 2 adults + a baby) b/ The 35 m2 "MOCHA" bedroom with fireplace, sitting area and bathroom ( ideal for 2 adults + 1 child), with air conditioning. c/ The 45 m2 "SAFRANE" suite with fireplace, seating area and bathroom (2 adults + 2 children+ 1 infant) d/ The "ZARAK" suite of 55 m2 with a living area and its fireplace + a private terrace with benches and table + bathroom (2 adults + 2 children) or 4 friends. e/ The "BLED" suite of 70 m2 with 2 living areas + bathroom plus ( 4 adults + 1 child + 1 infant) with air conditioning. f/ The "AZUR" suite of 90 m2 with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 living room (6 adults) with air conditioning. A patio, a swimming pool (not available during the winter season), a 12 m2 hammam, a boxing ring and outdoor striking bags, a library, gardens and terraces. The traditional Moroccan cuisine is concocted with organic products. 5% of the net earnings are donated to the local development association Ida o blal ... To get to our house you have to be transported. We do not recommend taxis that do not like to take the track. Since January 2019, access is direct and 13 minutes from the airport (30 minutes from Essaouira). It takes 6 km of uncomfortable track. With our dacia Logan, we run on average ourselves at 50 km/h. Otherwise, we offer occasionally and subject to availability a shuttle to Essaouira and/or airport for 12 euros round trip for one person, 8 euros round trip/person for 2 people and 6 euros round trip/person for 3 or 4 people. It takes 300 to 450 dirhams per day depending on the season for a Dacia type rental car but it seems that it is better to rent at the airport of Marrakech or Essaouira in international rental agencies by internet, it is up to you to see. The house is built on top of a hill. The 360 ° panoramic view is breathtaking over fifteen km. Perfect place for a long stay around reading, writing, meditation or just lazing around the pool and its waterfall. For the full board, in addition to breakfasts (composed of homemade bread, butter jams, fresh orange juice and hot drink) which are already included in the room rate, we offer lunch and dinner, with, depending on the season, organic vegetables from our garden (our cottage is on a plot of 25,000 m2), including traditional Moroccan dishes (a starter, a dish and a dessert with a bottle of mineral water and a coffee or tea with aromatic herbs from our garden, to choose from) to: 20 euros per adult for lunch (8 euros) and dinner (12 euros) 14 euros for children from 5 to 13 years old (lunch 6 euros and evening 8 euros) Free for ages 4 and under. Possibility of laundry for 5 euros per machine. The swimming pool is free but there is a fee for the hammam. Dar Les Sirènes (Noiraude Double Room)

The most special out of the 5 rooms of our Maison d'Hôtes Dar Les Sirènes. A Duplex Double (you must know that this is like a cocoon) but must know it is the smallest 's one. This room is not for everyone - best couple or single. I will not recommend it for sharing with friends. Best to select our Sauvage or Brune. 12 meter square divided between a first floor with a double bed and a second floor with super Bath in Tadelak and Shower. Very luminous room, with two windows, one in each floor.

Le Kaouki is a unique and charming family-owned beach house with nine rooms and plenty of soul. Other than our kitchen appliances, everything here is handmade. Our small hotel has been run by the same team for decades and is warmed by art, acoustic music, and candlelight. We are located in Sidi Kaouki, Morocco, a small Berber village just twenty minutes south of Essaouira, astride the Atlantic ocean and argan groves, full of fishermen and surfers, and well off the beaten track.

Beautiful double room with private w.c

Nice and spacious room with private bathroom, heating, wifi, nice communal areas, lovely terrace with ocean view and great roof views over medina.
