We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s such a great find close to Cooperstown All Star Village as well as local restaurants and stores. The Rite-Aid across the street came in handy a few times. What we loved most about this place is everyone had space to themselves, which was so nice! The beds were very comfortable too. The shared laundry was great as well. Craig and Mindy were super responsive, and super helpful providing local tips. We even got to meet them both the last morning, and had a nice chat on our way out. Just book this place, you won’t regret it!

This unit was very clean and well suited with everything needed. While staying in a barn, it didn’t feel like one as it was very new and updated with a modern feel. The host Mike was very friendly and even showed us around his barn with the animals.

Abby was an amazing host. Extremely easy to communicate with and the her place feels like home. Great home.

Jenna is such a kind hostess, helpful, and always staying on top of things. She anticipated my questions and before asking, she volunteered a lot of helpful information about her place. An amazing place to stay, impecable and spacious. The location could not be better; overall a beautiful, comfortable, and safe place. Five stars!

Ally was an excellent host! The apartment was great and felt like home for the week. It is just a few minutes away from All Star Village and also close enough to Main Street to walk to shops and local spots. Highly recommended!

My family and I just spent an amazing weekend renting this beautiful apartment. It was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates and cooking supplies. Both bathrooms were very clean and the bedrooms were a good size. The location was very convenient to walk to good restaurants in the area. Owen was very responsive to any messages that we sent. The parking spot was also very helpful so that we did not have to move the car. I will definitely be booking a stay here again!

This house is within walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. The owners were very welcoming and gave us some suggestions for local businesses. The house is in a very quiet area and was very clean. Well worth the stay.

I go up every December to visit my son and grands. I always stay in a hotel. But this year I found a gem. My Grands loved staying with me for the week. Such a cute place to stay. I loved it so much that I want to go back in the summer to enjoy the river!! We will be back!! Thanks Jose for sharing

This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

We comfortably fit all 14 of us for our stay in this lovely home. The river it was on was a beautiful addition to the beautiful home. Host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Easy entrance into the home. Lots of space, and comfortable beds. we will definitely stay here again, and we will highly recommend this home to others staying in and around Oneonta or Cooperstown. We stayed Here for our daughters family weekend at SUNY Oneonta, it was the perfect location. Also very quiet n private as well. Thank you Host Gerald!!

We were two couples who spent a winter evening here. Arrived in a snowstorm and David communicated ahead of time to ensure he was ready when we got to the cabin. Driveway was cleared and the place was warm and cozy for us. We were able to get inside and relax as the snow really came down through the night. Equipped kitchen for had everything we needed and the radiant floors made the place feel very comfortable. Next day was able to trek around the pond a bit when the storm broke and caught sight of some beavers around their dam. Would love to see the place in the summer and explore the area some more.

The house was great, we felt right at home here. There was so much wildlife. A beaver pond around the corner that we checked out and watched them swim, multiple deer on the lawn at dusk, beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this plane for any kind of get away.

This place was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Any groups looking for a large spot with plenty of beds that allows you to play and record music…look no further! If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you for such an incredible experience, Nick. We hope to come back in the near future!

We traveled to Cooperstown so my son could go to All Star Village to play baseball with his 12u baseball team. Prior to booking I reached out to Jori to make sure it was close. She was right that it was just about 8 minutes drive! We had checked in a couple days early, so everyone could relax before my son went off with his team. We found the local pool was open and had a fun time while it was lightly raining! Very close to the house, so that was a plus. The local restaurants were all very good and made the stay that much more fun. Jori replied very quickly during the stay.. and was very helpful. The kitchen worked nicely for the meals we prepared while we were there. Having a washer and dryer on site was a plus as well! We would definitely rent from Jori again if we're in the area! The home is super cozy and welcoming, the pics don't do the house justice! The backyard is a hidden gem, private with everything you could need for relaxing. Would def stay here again!
